Denise Mitchell
President
Denise has devoted the past 12 years to advertising. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Advertising from Cal State Fullerton. Denise first started in the Direct Mail business 11 years ago; selling Direct Mail Advertising to the Automotive and Mortgage Industries.
While previously employed at other Direct Marketing teams, Denise increased the area sale by 60% for 8 consecutive years in her multiple sales positions. In 2004, Denise and Brian started their company; the best kind of direct mail marketing available to the Automotive and Retail Industries. She is very passionate about her career in Direct Mail Marketing. Denise is positive you will be120% satisfied with Ideal Direct Ad Group’s service.
Brian Cierpial
CEO
Brian has had over 17 years sales experience, and over 20 years in dealing with Direct Mail Marketing. As CEO of Ideal Direct Ad Group, he oversees all aspects of the company which include all financial reporting, profitability of Direct Marketing, and growth. From 1996 to 2002, Brian worked with a national Direct Mail company; first as their top Automotive Sales Representative, then as a Sales Manager, and lastly as Director of Sales.
He has successfully grown the department by 30% for the last 4 years in a row. From 2002 to 2004, Brian left to become Vice President of Sales for another nationally recognized Direct Mail company. During his second year there, he was able to grow the department by 70% over the previous year. In March of 2004, Brian and Denise formed the Ideal Direct Ad Group. Brian earned his Bachelors Degree in Communications from Cal State Long Beach.
Tim Danker
Director of Product Development
Tim has had over 14 years experience working with Franchised Dealers, and he also knows the Car Business. He has a knack for creating effective Automotive Direct Mail Campaigns that drive traffic and sales. In his role as the Director of Product Development, Tim’s main focus is making sure that we have the best quality product to offer our clients. He also is dedicated to finding new and creative solutions to bring our clients the best results possible for their advertising dollar. Tim’s previous role as Director of Sales made him a vital part in building our sales team. Tim is still involved with the sales process and working with Brian Cierpial to have the most well informed sales team in the industry.
Prior to joining the Ideal Direct Ad Group team, Tim was Vice President of Sales for a national Direct Marketing company. Over the past decade, Tim has gained experience as the Sales and Marketing Manager for USAutonews.com (Which sold Web services along with F&I products to Franchised Dealers). He also served as a Sales Manager and Account Executive for Automotive Consumer Services & Driving America. While there, he managed sales, client relations, web site business development, and was in charge of all warranty and F&I sales. Tim also served as Associate Producer for the television show "Driving America"; where he was a member of the Motor Press Guild. He also helped write vehicle reviews and maintained relationships with all manufacturers.

John Cierpial
Office Manager
John has had over 40 years experience in building and leading the National Sales Organizations. He is an expert in transitioning organizations through critical growth and expansion to support New Line Introductions, New Market Development, and Key Customer Penetration.
He is successful in recruiting, developing, and directing top-producing sales personnel.
His experience includes: Brand Manager for Hawaiian Punch Fruit Drink (and introduction of Sunkist Orange Juice), VP of Sales for Los Angeles Soap Co., St. Regis Paper Co., and Cupples Packaging.
John received his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Marketing from Seton Hall University. He was the President of his Dale Carnegie Training and Effective Speaking Class. Also, John has received awards for the Graduate of Tennessee Associates International Managing for Continuous Improvement and the William Esty Advertising Agency for Brand Management Skills.

Presley
Mascot
Presley was born on Christmas Eve, 2000. He is actively involved in chasing balls at the park, barking at the delivery men who come into the office, and is the moral support to the Ideal Direct Ad Group team.
He is a graduate of Callahan’s Obedience School in Norco, CA. Presley joined the Ideal Direct Ad Group team on the very first day and has been a great addition to a fantastic group of people. If you ever stop by the home office, please do not forget to bring him a treat.
